Reduce friction, do not manipulate feedback
The card should make it easier for any customer to reach the review destination. It should not be used to filter people based on whether they are likely to leave a positive review.
Our Google review cards use NFC with a printed QR backup so a customer can tap or scan and go straight to your review destination. They are ideal for counters, reception desks, mobile staff and any face-to-face business that wants a quicker, easier way to ask for genuine customer feedback.
Send us the website and a short description. We’ll take a look before we reply.
When a customer says they are happy to leave a review, the easiest time to help them do it is there and then. A tap-and-scan card removes the need to search for the business later, when people are busy and more likely to forget.
The card should make it easier for any customer to reach the review destination. It should not be used to filter people based on whether they are likely to leave a positive review.
Cards can sit on a counter, travel with field staff or be handed to customers at completion, depending on how the business operates.
The card works particularly well alongside a properly managed Google Business Profile and, where suitable, automated Google or Trustpilot review requests after a genuine payment or completed job.
If the business has a WordPress website, we can set up individual tracking links so you can see which cards are actually being used.
Each staff member or card can have a unique URL on your WordPress website. When a customer taps or scans the card, the website records the card ID and then immediately sends the customer to your direct Google review page.
This means a business can see monthly tap/click totals by card or staff member and, if it wants to, run an internal incentive for the team members who are consistently asking customers for feedback.
Important: this tracks visits to the review journey — it cannot tell us whether the customer completed a review or what rating they gave. Any staff incentive should be based on genuine customer engagement, never on producing positive ratings.
You do not need to know it before enquiring, but if you can send us the direct review link it makes programming the cards straightforward.
Google’s current guidance says the review link and QR code can be obtained from Read reviews → Get more reviews on the Business Profile. Google can change interface labels, so if you cannot find it, leave the field blank and we will help.
No. Most modern phones can read NFC directly, and the printed QR code provides a fallback.
Yes. The front can be designed around the business branding while keeping the tap/scan instruction obvious.
Yes. If the business has a WordPress website, we can create unique tracking links for individual cards or staff members. The site records each visit before immediately redirecting the customer to the Google review journey. This measures card clicks, not completed reviews or review ratings.
The click totals can be used as an internal measure of how often individual cards are being used. Any incentive should reward staff for genuinely asking customers for feedback, not for obtaining positive ratings or influencing what customers write.
That is fine. On a desktop computer, sign in to the Google account that manages the Business Profile, open the profile, choose Read reviews and then Get more reviews. Copy the review-request link shown there. If the Google interface looks different, we can help you find it.
Yes. The same general concept can be discussed for other review destinations where appropriate, but the route and wording should still be built around genuine customer feedback.
Give us the quantity, how the cards will be used and whether you want staff-level click tracking. If you already know the direct Google review link, paste it into the form; if not, we can help you find it.
