LinkedIn, TikTok, X and other channels are POA.

The amount and format of content needed can be very different from Facebook and Instagram, so we quote the actual workload rather than pretending every network is the same.

Where the content comes from

You probably already have more to post about than you think.

We can turn the information that already exists around the business into a useful content library. That can include services, products, project photos, before-and-after work, FAQs, offers, seasonal reminders, blog articles, new website content and business updates.

If the campaign needs material from you — for example new project photographs — we agree that as part of the content plan rather than expecting finished posts.

Do I have to create the graphics and write the posts?

No. Creating the graphics and writing the post copy are part of the managed posting service. We agree the campaign direction with you first and use your website, services, supplied material and business information as source content.

Do I approve every post before it goes live?

We discuss and agree the campaign direction before setup rather than requiring approval for every individual post. The campaign is then reviewed each month and adjusted using the previous month’s statistics and results.

Do you reply to comments and messages?

No. The standard service is posting management rather than community management. Comments, inbox messages and customer-service conversations remain with the business.

Which networks do you manage?

Facebook and Instagram are the core package networks. Additional networks can be added where useful and are priced individually.

Can you use content from my website?

Yes. Services, FAQs, blog posts, offers, projects and other useful website content can all be repurposed into social content when appropriate.

Do you guarantee followers or sales?

No. We use the available statistics to improve the campaign over time, but social reach, engagement, enquiries and sales depend on many factors and should not be guaranteed.
